Beautiful beachfront location.
My experience was marred by disorganization and neglect. The staff barely acknowledged our concerns about the plumbing issues in our room. After multiple complaints about the air conditioning not working, we were finally moved to a different room, but only after wasting too much precious time. '

Could be better – read on
While the staff was genuinely friendly and the picturesque islands offered great relaxation, the beaches were noticeably small and overcrowded at times. The dining experience had some overpriced options, and the water pressure left much to be desired. Those sensitive to humidity should also prepare accordingly. Great potential, but needs refinement.

Spending two nights in a Junior Suite proved to be a delightful experience, with a comfortable atmosphere complemented by fast, accommodating service. The dining was exceptional. we relished freshly baked bread and a variety of seafood dishes that showcased the culinary talent on-site. While the doors to the room showed signs of wear, the overall comfort overshadowed this drawback, making it a relaxing getaway with family-friendly beaches for our toddler to enjoy.

I loved my stay, especially the large, comfy bed and the thoughtful chocolates at bedtime. The beachfront access and plenty of sun loungers made relaxing a breeze. The only downside was the limited dining options, but overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out! 🌴

The fresh seafood dishes stole the show—every bite was like a culinary fiesta! The staff were wonderfully attentive and always ready to lend a helping hand, especially Eveline at the front desk. Plus, the bioluminescent plankton tour was an unforgettable experience that dazzled under the starry sky!
With day pass guests crowding the spot, snagging a nice cabana felt like a game of musical chairs. The open floor bathroom could use some TLC for privacy, and we missed out on snorkeling since it was already booked by transient visitors. The service was a touch slow too, making us feel like we were on island time. too much island time.
